In 2019, Porto Seguro, one of Brazil's leading insurance companies, partnered with BRQ Digital Solutions to revolutionize their Human Resources movement process. The existing system was causing inefficiencies and frustration among HR professionals, leading to delayed employee transitions and reduced productivity.

Discovery Phase Our team began with a comprehensive analysis of the current employee movement process. Through in-depth interviews and shadowing sessions with HR professionals, we documented their daily challenges and pain points. This immersive approach revealed that professionals were spending an average of 4 hours per day navigating between different systems and managing redundant tasks. Synthesis and Innovation Back at our office, we transformed the collected data into visual process maps and user journeys. Through careful analysis, we consolidated similar processes, reducing the original 12 workflows into 3 streamlined journeys. This simplification laid the foundation for our innovation workshop with Porto Seguro's process experts. The workshop yielded several breakthrough ideas: Automated system integrations to eliminate manual data entry Real-time status tracking dashboard Intelligent task routing based on employee profiles Predictive analytics for resource allocation Solution Design Our solution centered on creating an intuitive, integrated platform that would: Provide clear visibility of process status Streamline communication between departments Automate routine tasks Integrate seamlessly with existing systems The new dashboard featured: User-friendly interface with minimal visual complexity Real-time process tracking and notifications Integrated communication tools Automated workflow management Clear visualization of process steps and stakeholders Prototyping and Testing We developed interactive prototypes and conducted extensive field testing with HR professionals.
